Social Media Policy
This arrangement is applicable to all HAVATEK Industrial Manufacturing and Engineering Inc. (HAVATEK) visitors. It covers any kind of social media usage from devices such as laptops, computers, tablets, mobile phones, etc. provided by personal and/or companies during in and/or out off business hours. All visitors should pay attention to below issues on social media platforms are below;
• It is forbidden to take photographs and videos within HAVATEK premises, share HAVATEK logos, photographs, videos, internal documents and information on personal and/or corporate social media accounts. The use of logos, brand and distinctive signs, products, production methods should not be used for any purpose without written permission. Accounts containing the names of companies and brands that can be associated with HAVATEK should not be opened.
• In the oil, gas, automotive, energy and sectors in which HAVATEK operates/plans to operate; information on all works carried out for the purpose of developing and using methods related to design, engineering, manufacturing and assembly services, information obtained in all kinds of projects, technological activities, consultancy, production, development processes and installation, trading activities of machine and system designs; information on technologies, analyzes and equipment produced during project and production activities; all kinds of documents and passwords provided by HAVATEK; including (but not limited to) any verbal, written, graphic or electronic-readable information obtained through HAVATEK's managers, employees or representatives, and information about current or future commercial relationships, and information in this context. It cannot be distributed, reproduced, made public or shared through any mediator.
• HAVATEK's registered or unregistered copyright, invention, trade secret and all kinds of know-how, software, source code, idea database, improvement idea, invention, method, business and all kinds of innovations, including but not limited to these, database, computer programs and their documents, passwords and information submitted to the personnel against signature, all programs, encryption techniques; processes, technical plans; business strategies, strategic alliances and partners; financial information, engineering data, data on products and services, all kinds of methods and processes, estimates, personnel information, customer lists, trade secrets, product design capabilities, specifications, identity of potential and real customers, all kinds of documents belonging to potential and real customers, specification, draft and other documents; all software, programs, developments made in the computer environment related to the activities in question, and analysis results obtained from these programs, statistical data, information obtained during the examination phase; as determined by this policy, it cannot be used through social media, taken out of the company, shared with third parties and institutions.
• By associating with our company, defamatory comments that may harm individuals and companies should not be made, styles that insult threats and personal attacks and attack the common values of nations should not be used, political propaganda and fanatical expressions and comments that support any political view, race, religion or language should not be shared. In order to avoid legal or criminal liability, discriminatory, harassing, offensive, racist, sexual, ethnic, religious or physical attacks and insulting expressions should not be used or shared.
• It is forbidden to share personal data in violation of the Personal Data Protection Law.
• Unless you are specifically authorized by our company, no comments should be made regarding legal issues, financial performance, competitors, strategy or market information.
• If there is any doubt about a content to be shared on social media or any step to be taken, Havatek Integrated Management Systems Department should be consulted.
It is necessary to know that it is necessary to act in accordance with all kinds of legal regulations of the Republic of Turkey in all your works and transactions, and in your posts, without being limited to those specified in this regulation, otherwise there will be legal consequences. Even if you have shared it from your personal accounts, about those who violate the law and the said regulations, due to the content that violates the laws; HAVATEK would like to remind you that action can be taken within the scope of the relevant legal legislation and our company may also be held liable for possible criminal sanctions. In this case, penalizing consequences may be reflected to all interested parties.
Acts against the rules in this policy will be evaluated by HAVATEK Endüstriyel A.Ş. for action within the framework of both labor law and relevant legal regulations. We request you to show the necessary attention and care in this matter.
